Plant bug or beetle ??
NW, Wyoming, USA

Moved
Moved from Damsel Bugs.

Damesel bug nymph
This is one of the damsel bugs, family Nabidae. Not quite an adult as evidenced by the wing pads. Nabids are easily confused with Mirids, but have a short, obvious beak, and the front legs are vaguely raptorial, as in assassin bugs.
