Synstrophus repandus vs Eustrophopsis confinis
use(1) to make a choice (i'll share a copy) -- or just add a closeup of a metatibia and/or a mugshot

Moved from Polypore Fungus Beetles.

Larger pic added
I only took these 2 pictures of the beetle and don't know if the enlargement shows enough detail.

didn't work, sorry :/
but pls don't frass yet, m'kaay?

my guess
would be Synstrophus repandus, but like v says, hard to tell

my leaning is the same
but we need more gravitas to tip the balance

Synstrophus sp.?
Should this one be put in the genus page?

Moved
Moved from Plate-thigh Beetles.
