Carabidae, Dromiina
You've posted Syntomus before but the pronotum doesn't look right. In AZ, I'd guess Apristus but not sure if you have that genus up there. Of course, the pronotum doesn't look right for Apristus either (although again, could be the slightly off-set angle).
