Forgot about this little critter :)
Finally got to look in my books and thought it might be a cerylonid due to the mouthparts. I asked Dan Young to take a look and he agrees that it isn't endomychidae and has the look of a cerylonid, but very few of them are described.

I want to say fungus eater like Endomychidae or Psyllobora. Unfortunately I'm away from my textbooks and can't look up the distinguishing characteristics right now. Those mouthparts are really interesting too.

Maybe Abigail will know if it's a ladybug larva.
