Forgot about this little critter :)
Finally got to look in my books and thought it might be a cerylonid due to the mouthparts. I asked Dan Young to take a look and he agrees that it isn't endomychidae and has the look of a cerylonid, but very few of them are described.

Sweet!
I want to say fungus eater like Endomychidae or
Psyllobora
. Unfortunately I'm away from my textbooks and can't look up the distinguishing characteristics right now. Those mouthparts are really interesting too.
Maybe Abigail will know if it's a ladybug larva.
