possible answer
looks like a Hummingbird clearwing moth (Hemaris thysbe), but there are other Hemaris species to consider like the Slender clearwing (Hemaris gracilis).
I tried using Butterflies and Moths website to get a listing of moth sightings in your county and they had none for your county. You might try plugging in neighboring counties to see what Hemaris species has been reported.
