Hystrichophora
This looks like
Hystrichophora vestaliana
(Tortricidae). It appears to have more of the blackish brown color out at the apex of the forewing than normally is seen in
H. vestaliana
, but I don't know of a white species of
Hystrichophora
other than
H. vestaliana
.
