Looks like a Blister beetle (Meloidae) of the genus Nemognatha.
The long mouthparts are characteristic of the genus.

thanks Sean, i have to say im not all that good with the beetles, so many... i guess i am just used to seeing the darker colored blister beetles. i will move to that genus, and thanks again.
