I'd call it sitchensis
Looks like Aeshna sitchensis (Zigzag Darner) to me. The black pattern on the frons and the length of the eye seam where they meet look like better matches for sitchensis.

Azure
is what I'd call it. The lateral thoracic stripes don't match any zigzag I've seen.

another darner - ZigZag or Azure
This one appears to be a ZigZag, though I am not 100% sure. The pattern on top of the frons is supposed to be crescent shaped in ZigZag while this marking narrows at the ends in Azure. ZigZag should also be more brown than blue on top of the abdomen.
