Thank you, Robert Lord Zimlich!

typical white admiral
a very common species "up north"

Only pictures of one individual can be posted together. You have at least 2 different ones. Why not delete 3 and keep the best one.

One Individual
Larry de March-Thank you! I thought I had followed the same one around but two may have flew up and changed spots without my realizing it... I was trying to show different angles thus the four different images however, the best (side) shot was "too big" for the site to upload. I thought grouping them together would be more convenient for the visitors to view...was I wrong?

one image
your pictures were similar enough that any of them does the job nicely and it saves on disk space. BTW, images are displayed at 560 pixels wide so sizing to that is most efficient.

Resizing/Cropping Images
Larry de March-I'll have to work on a fix for my computer, photo-editing software issue but will keep that number in mind for future cropped/resized images prior to posting them here. Thank you!

Something along the lines of...
...White Admiral - Northeastern segregate near ssp. rubrofasciata (Limenitis arthemis White Admiral - Northeastern segregate near ssp. rubrofasciata)

Seems to be a complicated species so please wait of one of the butterfly experts.

White Admiral Butterfly
