Calopompilus feroculis - Female

Size: ~20 mm
This specimen is only about 106 years old but it's still good enough for a guide page representation. It's from the Cincinnati Museum of Natural History.

It's...
funny and unfortunate at the same time. I also had a Priocnessus dakota that had no locality label at all, just a date. It's the only one I've ever seen that could possibly be from Ohio. It's as old as this one.
