3 ways
There are 3 ways to do it, depending on how much work you want to do:
1. Create an account on http://commons.wikimedia.org/, click on 'Upload File' in the sidebar, and let me know when it's been uploaded so I can add it to the article.
2. Upload the image to Flickr and set the license to either 'Attribution Creative Commons' or 'Attribution-ShareAlike Creative Commons'. I can then import it from there to Wikipedia.
3. I could upload it to Wikimedia Commons for you, and then you could send an email to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org stating that you release the image under one of the required free licenses.
Just let me know if any of those sound good.
