Bent-line Gray - Hodges #6588 - Iridopsis larvaria
Wildwood Park; Radford, Virginia, USA
July 5, 2012
This moth was so far above my head that I had a difficult time photographing it. I think that it is some kind of geometrid?
I'd appreciate an ID.

Bent-line Gray?

Thanks,
that looks like a match - right-side up helps a lot?
Did you have a fun birthday, young man?

Thanks for asking
Yes, I did! A friend showed up with a 6-pack, a bottle of wine and a vintage copy of Andre Gide's Lafcadio's Adventures. Needless to say, I did not post any bugs that night :)
