Size: Maybe around 12 mm?
My best guess is an adult(?) male Araneus bicentenarius (Giant Lichen Orbweaver)

Agreed, Araneus bicentenarius
I second that. The pattern on the anterior dorsum is clearly Araneus bicentenarius.
