Size: 4.5 mm
Right lateral view. Found on Coast Live Oak (
Quercus agrifolia
). Does not compare well with any images I have seen on BugGuide. Any help?

Since the nymph and adult
Since the nymph and adult here are different individuals, they should be unlinked. This would be the case even if we were completely sure that the nymph was the same species as the adult.

Obviously related to S. elegans, but there is nothing like this in the literature. The chances are good that it is undescribed.
