Ethmia
Definitely Ethmia sp.; note the long, upcurved, pointy labial palpi, which place this as something in Gelechioidea (where Ethmia resides) as opposed to Yponomeutidae (in which the palpi are shorter and not nearly as pointy). Based on the information in Powell's revision, Ethmia apicipunctella would appear to be the most likely candidate, but I'm not sure how good a match that really is. There are a couple of minor points mentioned for E. apicipunctella that don't agree with your moth, but it is hard to assess whether or not the discrepancy falls within the normal range of phenotypic variation within this species; quite a few of the Ethmia spp. are variable in appearance.
