Although this moth is indeed colored like some of the crambines, it is definitely a tortricid; note the short, stubby labial palps (versus long in Crambinae). I believe this moth is eucosmine, but I don't see any good matches on MPG. The Charles Melton live-moth photo of
Eucosma morrisoni
here
can almost be reconciled with your moth, but not quite.

Looks like one of the Grass-Veneers
Try the genus Crambus or something near it.
