Size: body 1 cm
I believe this is an Argiopes s. Does the pattern of the stabilamenta help in species ID?

Argiope, yes
Looks to be a young A. aurantia:



The stabilimentum can indeed be useful in identifying the species--though I think those of juveniles differ from those of adults.
