Fly mine on Amaranthus
Not sure at this point whether this is an anthomyiid or agromyzid mine. If you find other mines on amaranth (or Caryophyllales in general), look for an elongate white egg on the underside at the beginning of the linear portion, which would confirm Anthomyiidae.
