I think Dasysyrphus creper, using the new Locke and Skevington Key (Zootaxa 3660, 2013).

The maculae on T3-4 do not reach the edge of the abdomen in the second image; I can't see the gena or sternites, so it's hard to rule out lotus completely (lotus has a very pale face and gena). However, the maculae are very large and quite curved, meeting the anterior edge of the tergites, and these markings are unique to creper.
