Size: 2.5cm wingspan
I believe this is one of the Fratillaries. Please correct me if wrong. Can someone with greater knowledge take it beyond?

Actually
This is one of the crescents -- probably Pearl Crescent (
Phyciodes tharos
), but you may be far enough north for Northern Crescent (
P. selenis
).
