Can this be Ptilostomis ocellifera? Attracted to lights.

I suspect
this is one of the Ptilostomis. I don't know the Pycnopsyche that well but the color pattern is typical of some Ptilostomis. The large ocelli and basally thickened antennae, and what I can see of the discoidal venation are more typical of phryganeids than limnephilids. If you have a more lateral photo of the wing venation we may be able to be sure which family it is in. Otherwise, without the specimen I cannot speculate much more.

Unfortunately, this was the only photo I obtained. I'll just have to find more.

 
I wouldn't
put it in a family - like I said - I was speculating. That is not a good reason to place to family.
