Insect eggs?

Insect eggs?
Palm Springs, Riverside County, California, USA
June 28, 2012
Underside. Whatever have not hatched--if indeed these are eggs--appear to be heavily parasitized, or at least packed with dead hymenopteran corpses. The green blob near bottom right is a green lacewing egg.

Agree
Looks just like glassywing sharpshooter eggs, probably parasitized by Gonatocerus sp.

glassy winged sharpshooter
Probably glassy winged sharpshooter egg mass but may be the native one. Both are common on Palm Springs. See http://www.ipm.ucdavis.edu/PMG/PESTNOTES/pn7492.html
