This was attracted by my porch light. It looks similar to Oecetis inconspicua.

It is Oecetis
but you cannot determine species in this genus without examining private parts in detail. "Oecetis inconspicua" appears to be a group of species yet to be resolved. If this is one of the O. inconspicua group it is quite dark comapared to some others.
