unknown egg masses on ash leaf over creek
Town of Meeme, Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, USA
June 13, 2012
Size: a choir of rice grains?
Two batches on same leaf; darker batch is more mature and hatched on 6-20-12, a day after being doused with water. Photo of eggs magnified and of hatchling magnified accompany this. All the eggs seemed to have white knob protuberance at uppermost end.

I can't help with an ID here, but it would probably be easier to get help from an expert if you linked all the images together in one post (I had trouble with this starting out, too). I'll be interested to see what these turn out to be. By the way, welcome to Bugguide!
