July datapoint for Georgia. I drove off the edge of Nelms Road into some 6" tall grass to look for shorebirds on the turf farm. It was daylight. This individual landed on my truck and stayed long enough for a couple shots, but no measurement. It was small, 7mm is probably close to the length from face to wingtips in the position in the image. This general location is southwest Georgia in the Coastal Plain.
