Yellow striped dragonfly - Dromogomphus spinosus

Unfortunately I only was able to take the one photograph, as the subject did not wish to cooperate (i.e. he left in a hurry when I snapped the shutter). Is it possible to narrow the ID down from this photo?

Dromogomphus spinosus
Otherwise known as Black-shouldered Spinyleg. Normally a face-on photo isn't conducive to identification but these are fairly distinctive.
