I'm not sure if it's a tortricid moth or not but can't find it in Bug Guide. Any help is appreciated.

Yes, definitely the same moth
Yes, definitely the same moth, thank you!
Should I move the two moths of same species to the Chrysoteuchia topiaria pages or do moderators do so?
Also curious if it's worth posting any insect photos that I have of insects (that I'm certain of their species name) to Bug Guide? I don't have any rare or unusual insects or spiders species photos but more the regular ones - species that already have many photos posted here. Could someone let me know, please?

Yes ...
... once an ID is given you can move them yourself to the image location. Or if you think the photo quality is not so good compared to what has already been posted then you can just move it to the Frass location. Often the editors will move them for you.
I have many photos of common bug species that I never post to BugGuide; mostly because there are already plenty of nice photos. One reason that you might post a common species photo is if it adds your home province to the BG "Data" tab map. Or if it is a very good photo showing ID details that the current photos lack.
Sometimes an editor will Frass some of my photos, if it is not really needed due to poor quality, and that is ok with me.
