Hi A.D.Levine-

Nice photo. I believe this mayfly male imago to be of genus Stenonema, which has only one remaining N. American species, S. femoratum.

Incidentally, the white-appearing eyes likely result from their fluorescing in bright light, which is not an unusual occurrence for some members of family Heptageniidae.
