This guy/gal was working in my garden with me. He/she has no visible mandibles.

Camponotus pennsylvanicus and
Camponotus pennsylvanicus and this is a female worker. She is a carpenter ant and typically they nest in dead wood with some sort of water damage to it.

 
How do I move this?
