Tibicen poss. dealbatus. The "data" map shows Texas records but none were found below for TX. I found none here with the black "U" mark on the prothorax although dealbatus was close.

This is one of the more common large cicadas in east Texas.

Note the dark "Z" like pattern towards the tip of the wing (visible left). This trait is usually poorly developed to absent in dealbatus and pronootalis, but very dark in resh.
