I keep going back to ...
3729Sparganothoides machimiana, which is known only above 4800' in the southern AZ mountains (Powell & Opler), BUT your moth has a grey head and snout.

 
I left a note on the moth below
With any luck Jason and/or Bob will give it a look.

 
Sure looks similar
The elevation might be right. This did not come to lights, I found it by hiking up the trail with a flash light
