Eastern Comma? - Polygonia comma - male

Eastern Comma? - Polygonia comma - Male
Windsor, Essex, Ontario, Canada

Is this a comma?

definitely not a Question Mark
Moved from ID Request.

It can be very difficult to tell a dark form Eastern Comma
from a dark form Gray Comma by just looking at the top side, but this one definitely does look like an Eastern to me.

Question Mark (Polygonia interrogationis)
This is a Question Mark (Polygonia interrogationis). It has more black & less spots than the Eastern Comma (Polygonia comma) which can be seen on this site (scroll way down) www.emfoley.com/ecos/archives/2011/02/fields.html

are u sure?
I was told the opposite by someone else. I was told the the second row where there are 3 spots makes it a Comma, whereas a Question Mark has 4 spots in that row.
