Cameraria quercivorella has the white stripe along the inner margin ending just beyond the middle while with C. conglomeratella it covers the entire inner margin. (1)
Cameraria conglomeratella is larger with costal streaks less oblique and antennae ringed with brown nearly to the base. (1)
