Common in my garden: on bush beans, dew drops, sour dock - just about anything.

D glabrata
I think this might be a D. glabrata--the very outer margins of the elytra are dark, not light, as in "a". That dark outer margin seems to key to D. glabrata, at least for the detailed key I have available, see and compare this image:

Patrick. I had focused on the black legs and discounted D. glabrata. Your observation is correct - the elytra is not the Type A pattern. I'll move to D. glabrata page.
