Found on leaf in shaded woods along stream during the day in the Smokies. Could this be the Flower Longhorn Beetle - Trigonarthris minnesotana?

Moved tentatively; lateral view helped a lot!
will seek confirmation. great job photographing it.
the indicated size is quite an overestimate, though
