Size: body:3/4in. span:2-1/4in
Caught out blacklighting near a large water-filled slew. Wings roofed over body.
P.S. I know its dead, but I collect bugs and kill them humanely as my hobby and enter them in 4-H, so pardon me!

I think this is Parapsyche el
I think this is Parapsyche elsis (Hydrospychidae: Arctopsychinae). If you zoom in on the left front wing, bottom right, you'll see a lobe. This is a character fo this group of hydropsychids. P. elsis is up your neck of the woods. See if these guys want it for their data
