I believe this specimen is a female Blue-ringed Dancer (Argia sedula) but would like a confirmation. Thanks.

Blue-fronted Dancer
This looks like a female Blue-fronted (Argia apicalis). The female Powdered Dancer (Argia moesta) is similar.
