The coloration is bit off (Dead)
the green legs and elongated ochreous-colored opercula are indicative of this species.

FYI - Florida cicadas are often divergent in appearance from related populations seen across other parts of the Southeast/Eastern US. They may be difficult for many to recognize. In this case, our options are limited and the characters needed for id quite evident.
