Sepedon gracilicornis
This is a female, but gender doesn't matter in identification of specimens of Sepedon in this size range. The choices are Sepedon fuscipennis, S. gracilicornis, and S. tenuicornis. The key character is the second antennal segment: flattened and rectangular in S. fuscipennis, evenly expanding like a trumpet in S. gracilicornis, and very long and thin in S. tenuicornis. From the image it looks to me like a good fit for "evenly expanding like a trumpet" (S. gracilicornis).
