Striped Saddlebags Tramea Calverti possibly?? - Macrodiplax balteata - female

Striped Saddlebags Tramea Calverti possibly?? - Macrodiplax balteata - Female
St. James City [Pine Island], Lee County, Florida, USA
May 9, 2011
Taken around 8:30am near the mudflats on the western side of the Pine Island Flatwoods Preserve; an extremely windy day where this dragonfly was struggling to grasp the top of a piece of driftwood. Any confirmation as to whether this is a Striped Saddlebags Tramea Calverti? and male or female? I'd appreciate assistance ~ thanks!
