Hymenoptera or what?! - Climaciella brunnea

Size: 2 cm
Wings of hymenoptera, abdomen of wasp - but the head and hands look mantid. What is it? It was attracted to the porch light. I couldn't get a decent shot so I took it inside and it happily posed on a sheet of paper.

This is the mantispid Climaciella brunnea (Say in Keating, 1824).
