I agree, looks like Phidippus. What about P. cardinalis?

I think that's it! I also have another that's sitting in the Phiddipus "folder" of images that I can move also from almost 2 years ago (I think). This is the first time I've seen one again.

That's better...
That does look like a better match to me. The chelicerae are the right color and there's white hair over the eyes.

Maybe
Maybe something in Phidippus? Maybe Whitmani? I found white and red ones, and ones that were black and red with the black stripes and white spots but not a white and red one with black stripes and white spots like yours. :)
