Euschistus - Brochymena cariosa

Euschistus - Brochymena cariosa
Lakeland, Polk County, Florida, USA
August 2, 2012
Found this in shady area in backyard with lots of overgrown shrubbery/greenery plants. I believe it is Euschistus but I was looking for a species that emulated the serrated, reddish edges.

Moved tentatively: "my guess is Brochymena cariosa" -D.B. Thomas
Moved from Rough Stink Bugs.

Moved from ID Request.

Brochymena, I think

But not necessarily the illustrated species.

Thanks, Ken.
