rubidella
A. rubidella is your best bet for this moth at present. A. amelanchierella was described from material reared in Utah from a different species of shadbush from the one(s) that we have here. After having searched a lot of our common shadbush for larvae, I am convinced that A. amelanchierella does not occur here in the eastern USA.
