Pseudomallada
The spots toward the front of the wings should be diagnostic of Pseudomallada. I'm used to P. perfectus having a browner cast to the wing venation, though apparently the species also can hybridize, albeit sterilely, with P. sierra (and I'm not sure how the hybrids differ).

For what it’s worth, I help
For what it’s worth, I helped with collections and did the specimen preparation for an invert survey of this area back in 2006. I remember the specimens I collected matching this one in appearance and I’ve seen them subsequently too. Whatever they are, the black wing venation seems to be the norm for this population.

It’s been awhile since I reviewed this guy so my recollection could be wrong, but I think I got it to Pseudomallada and then referred back to the invert survey results and the only one that had been identified was P. perfectus.
