Attracted to lights. This is an Oncocnemis sp I believe, but the lines on the wings don't cross like the photos I can find. Suggestions?

Yes
That is Oncocnemis, no doubts. Probably Oncocnemis semicollaris (Hodges' # 10133), but I am not sure. There are several more species with similar appearance.
