Sphinx
I have a great deal of trouble differentiating the similar Sphinx spp. from southern Arizona. Because the lines on the thorax are not a simple pair, but rather two distinct pairs of lines, I would say this probably isn't S. chersis. This would lead me to think that this individual is S. asellus... but I am really not sure. I will move this to the Sphinx file for now, hopefully a more definitive ID will be made in the future.
