Hippodamia parenthesis or apicalis/expurgata complex
I can't ID it further from this photo - if the markings were joined at the apex it would definitely be the apicalis/expurgata complex but I still couldn't ID it to species. If the markings aren't joined at the apex, I could rule out H. apicalis, but H. parenthesis and H. expurgata would still be possibilities.
