6027646 moth - Pelochrista biplagata
Rocky Mt NP, Colorado, USA
July 9, 2007

Moved to Pelochrista biplagata
Moved from Eucosma.

I agree with Ann. It matches the original description here as well as BOLD images. The type specimen is from Loveland, Colorado.

Moved from Tortricid Moths.

I thought this was Aethes until I found this picture in Eucosmini which I think is a dead ringer for your moth. I am too new to editing to make a species move on such an unusual moth without confirmation from someone more knowledgeable, so I am making a lesser move.

Moved from Moths.
