Size: Approximately 2 inches
Bright Green Caterpiller found in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness on Red Rock Lake. I'm thinking it could be a Luna Moth Caterpiller... Many Thanks for sharing your time and expertise - Charles Habermann

This larva, although similar in appearance to the luna larva, is actually a polyphemus moth caterpillar (Antheraea polyphemus).
